Vikas, as Global Head of Digital Partnerships, leads this endeavor for AXA worldwide, developing new business models and be-spoke solutions for sharing and on-demand economy. While these players are creating new market place, AXA is enabling their platforms, enhancing their customer experience and trust in the communities. Vikas has diverse leadership experience of 19 years working in Financial Services across Asia, Europe and Americas. Prior to AXA, he worked with American Express for 13 years, leading digital transformation globally, managing large restructuring initiatives and building new business models across various payment businesses. Beyond corporate life, Vikas has a passion for incubating new business ideas and start-ups through early stage investing and advice.
