You can always transfer your ticket to somebody else in your company. In case this doesn't work out for you, our refund policy is the following:
- For cancellations requested on/or before March 15, 2017 we will refund 100% of the fee.
- For cancellations made between March 16 and April 6, 2017 we will refund 50% of the fee.
- For cancellations made after April 6, 2017 no refund will be given.
- We will always honour cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase.
