Why did we select bsurance for DIA Munich 2022?
bsurance has extensive experience with embedded parametric B2B2C insurance. At DIA Munich 2022, Lorenz Graeff, CEO bsurance, will present a fully new product it launched with Shayp that taps into the parametric embedded insurance trend in the B2B2B space.
Founded by serial entrepreneurs Lorenz Graeff, Franz-Xaver Burner, Manfred Schmiedl and Andreas Struggl in Vienna in November 2017 to help businesses create customer-centric insurance propositions and promote growth. bsurance has partnered with insurers such as Allianz, AXA, R+V, Munich Re and Uniqa. The company and its founders have a vast and diverse background in insurance and digitalization, which enables it to develop a solution with a fast time-to-market. It completed its first MVP in 2018 and since then has been partnering with B2C businesses from various industries as well as insurers in different countries around Europe. Currently, the company serves over 10 partners and offers insurance solutions to more than 50.000 end customers.
With a diverse and international team of 31 people, bsurance has established its operations in eight European countries, supporting B2C companies in various industries, from Financial Services, Travel, and Retail to Mobility. In 2019 bsurance raised €4m in venture capital investment as part of plans to expand into other Western European and CEE countries and is currently preparing their series B funding round to drive international expansion.
