Facing the pandemic outbreak in 2020, justInCase developed a system that allowed the company to launch COVID-19 insurance in a month. Leveraging the success of this insurance, the company decided to make the system customizable and B2B-focused, thereby developing the current “joinsure” SaaS solution.
The company leveraged its know-how, technology and insurance expertise to establish justInCaseTechnologies and started offering a SaaS solution called “joinsure” in 2021, to enable insurers to quickly respond to changes without legacy issues and boost revenues with digital customer touchpoints and proven marketing tools.
The SaaS solution “joinsure” does not only digitise the end-to-end process from sales and policy administration to claims handling, but also provides marketing tools that enable the actual monetization of the solution.
