tech11 is a digital P&C Core Insurance Platform provider. Its end-to-end platform is designed for the insurance industry in Europe and used either to replace and modernize legacy, or to launch a digital speedboat next to the ‘traditional business’ of an incumbent. This includes an end-to-end Policy and Claims Management, which is used for fast development of new insurance products and fast onboarding of new digital distribution channels and partners. 

tech 11 solves a challenge that many incumbent insurers are facing: legacy backend systems prevent insurers to react to rapidly changing client behaviour and expectations. Changing legacy to a digital and modern core system leads to higher customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The tech11 Insurance Platform has a technology stack that is inspired by architectures from Netflix, Uber and Twitter, mixed with enterprise technology to integrate services via REST APIs. The Platform is designed as a lightweight microservices architecture, which makes it perfect to integrate and easy to scale. The platform can be run on premise or fully cloud based. The platform is already being used by multiple insurers in Germany, and also in other European countries – mainly in a SaaS model.

Who is tech11?

tech 11 was founded in April 2018 by Pierre Dubosq and Matthias Reining. It is a Gemany based company with business in several European countries. They built a team that is now over 70 people over multiple locations in Germany. The company is financially backed by TA Associates.
