Topdanmark goes live on the Keylane SaaS platform
Few in the insurance and pension industry have done what Topdanmark did: shut down their legacy systems and moved all data to a complete modern SaaS platform. Following this project, Keylane and Topdanmark have recently signed a 5-year agreement on support and further development of the new SaaS platform. Keylane is a leading European supplier of modern, customer-centric, SaaS software to the insurance and pension industry.

Changing Health partners with dacadoo to offer personalized behavior change programmes in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas

Socotra Closes $5.2 Million Led by Venture Firm 8VC with Insurers Nationwide and Mitsui Sumitomo
Socotra, creator of the first cloud-native, productized insurance core platform, announced it has raised an additional $5.2 million in funding on the heels of its $5.5 million Series A, bringing its total funding to $18 million. Investors included 8VC, which also led the Series A, the venture investment arm of insurance and financial services provider Nationwide, and MS&AD Ventures, the venture arm of Japan-based insurer Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance. Previous investors include a subsidiary of USAA, which invested in a seed round and again in Socotra’s Series A. Congratulations!

Atidot uses AI to democratize life insurance and raises $5M Series A
The United States is seriously under-insured with 40% of the populace saying they lack life insurance, and among those who have it, one out of five say they don’t have enough. Atidot is one of the startups that uses AI to address these problems. In the process, they just may democratize life insurance.
