How does it work?  

XEMPUS’ SaaS platform is based on a Business-to-Business-to-Employee (B2B2E) model and connects every party involved in the digital ecosystem. Today that includes 70,000 corporates who provide policies to their employees, about 20,000 insurance agents, who advise on these policies, and more than 40 sales organizations and 30 life insurers in Germany to cover the risks.  

The platform connects all these stakeholders with seamless processes, from digital advice up to the digital signature. By making corporate insurance easy for everyone, XEMPUS’ solutions increase commissions for insurance agents, expand the reach of insurance companies to a broader audience (up to three times more sales), give corporate benefits and provide employees with solutions they can protect their future with – even after their working life. The platform is compliant with regulations around KYC and it is fully data protected and data security compliant.  

Why did we invite Xempus to present at DIA Munich 2022?  

The past two years with Covid-19 have made one thing crystal clear: healthcare matters.  

That is why health insurance is a fast-growing market, also corporate healthcare as a tool to attract and keep talent. A German study shows that 17,500 companies offer a fully financed corporate health insurance package, an increase of 34 percent compared to 2020. Healthier employees are more productive, therefore corporate health insurance could also lead to cost savings for companies.  

At DIA Munich 2022, Tobias Wann, XEMPUS’ CEO will present the latest highlights of the XEMPUS platform and specifically XEMPUS advisor and give a sneak peek of XEMPUS’ new corporate health insurance offering, which will officially be launched end of October.  

Who is Xempus? 

The company was founded in 2007 by Martin Bockelmann and is based in Munich (headquarters), Berlin and Saarbruecken (Germany).  

Today the company employs 200 people, and the management team consists of Tobias Wann (CEO), Louise Buson (CPO), Malte Dummel (COO & CFO) and Jochen Pielage (CTO). XEMPUS has funding that adds up to almost EUR 120 mio, up until series D.
